How Portravia collects, uses, protects, and stores information for photo previews, artwork orders, payments, and customer support.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create previews, process orders, provide customer support, and protect the service.

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
  • Uploaded source photos, generated previews, selected styles, package choices, order notes, and customer comments.
  • Payment status, PayPal transaction references, order totals, and fulfillment details.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, logs, and cookie or analytics events.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to operate Portravia, create artwork previews, fulfill paid orders, prevent abuse, and communicate about order progress.

We may use aggregated operational data to improve reliability, conversion flows, support quality, and product decisions.

3. Photos and artwork outputs

Uploaded photos are used to generate portrait previews and support the related order workflow. Generated outputs may be stored so customers can review, purchase, download, or request revisions.

We do not sell customer photos. Public reuse, training promises, deletion windows, and portfolio usage rules require final business/legal approval before production launch.

4. Payments, shipping, and service providers

Payments are handled through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Portravia stores order and transaction references, but does not store full payment card details.

We may share necessary order, shipping, support, storage, analytics, and generation data with service providers that help deliver the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain order records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Customers may contact Portravia to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained when required for accounting, security, or legal reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
