Portravia lets customers upload photos, generate portrait previews, and purchase digital files, fine art prints, or hand-painted oil portraits.

By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information and use Portravia only for lawful, permitted purposes.

You must have the rights and consent needed to upload each image you provide. You keep your rights in your uploaded photos.

You grant Portravia the limited rights needed to process uploads, generate previews, create purchased artwork, provide support, and fulfill orders.

AI-generated previews are estimates of the final style and may include visual differences, artifacts, or interpretation changes.

Physical artwork, artist interpretation, print materials, display settings, and source photo quality can affect the final result.

Digital products may require full payment at checkout. Physical products may require a deposit followed by final payment after approval, depending on the selected package.

Prices, shipping availability, delivery timelines, and package details may change before checkout is completed.

Revision, refund, cancellation, and damage-reprint rules must be confirmed by Portravia before production launch. Support requests should include the order ID and relevant photos when applicable.

You may not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content. Portravia may reject, cancel, or restrict orders that violate these terms or create operational or legal risk.

Portravia is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Portravia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
